1. உள்நுழையாமல் · Without an account

நீங்கள் தேர்ந்தெடுத்த ஊர் அல்லது இருப்பிடம், மொழி, தோற்றம், பிறந்த நட்சத்திரம், குடும்ப நாட்கள் — இவை அனைத்தும் உங்கள் உலாவியின் சேமிப்பில், உங்கள் சாதனத்தில் மட்டுமே இருக்கும்; எங்களுக்கு அனுப்பப்படுவதில்லை. “என் இருப்பிடம்” என்பதைத் தேர்ந்தால், உங்கள் உலாவி தரும் இருப்பிடம் (ஏறத்தாழ 100 மீட்டருக்குச் சுருக்கப்பட்டு) சூரிய உதயத்தைக் கணக்கிட உங்கள் சாதனத்திலேயே பயன்படும். திதி, நட்சத்திரம், சூரியன், நிலவு எல்லாம் உங்கள் சாதனத்திலேயே கணக்கிடப்படுகின்றன. திங்கள் பக்கங்களை Amazon Web Services (CloudFront) வழங்குகிறது; பக்கத்தை அனுப்ப உங்கள் IP முகவரியை அது பயன்படுத்தும்.

The town or location you choose, your language and look, your birth star and your family days stay in your browser’s storage on your device; they are not sent to us. If you choose “My location”, the location your browser gives (rounded to about 100 metres) is used on your device to work out sunrise. The thithi, star, Sun and Moon are all worked out on your device. Thingal’s pages are delivered by Amazon Web Services (CloudFront), which uses your IP address to send them.

திங்களுக்கு வரும் ஒவ்வொரு கோரிக்கைக்கும் நேரம், உங்கள் IP முகவரி, கேட்ட பக்கம், அளித்த பதில், உங்கள் உலாவியின் அடையாளச் சரம் ஆகியவை பதிவாகும் — உங்கள் குக்கீகள், உள்நுழைவுக் குறியீடுகள், குடும்ப நாட்கள் ஒருபோதும் பதிவாவதில்லை. அதோடு, ஒவ்வொரு உள்நுழைவு முயற்சியும் ஒரு பாதுகாப்புப் பதிவேட்டில் எழுதப்படும்: IP முகவரி, Amazon CloudFront கண்ட தோராயமான இடம், வலையமைப்பு, உலாவிச் சரம், பயன்படுத்திய மின்னஞ்சலின் களம் மட்டும் (முகவரி அல்ல), உள்நுழைந்த பின் உங்கள் கணக்கு. தானியங்கி அல்லது தவறான உள்நுழைவு முயற்சிகளைத் தொடர்ந்து அனுப்பும் இணைய முகவரி, உள்நுழைவுக்கு மட்டும், 24 மணி நேரம் நிறுத்தப்படும்; நாட்காட்டியைப் பார்ப்பதற்கு ஒருபோதும் தடையில்லை. இரண்டும் CERT-In வழிகாட்டுதல்கள் (28 ஏப்ரல் 2022) கோருவதுபோல் மும்பையில் (இந்தியா) 180 நாட்கள் வைக்கப்பட்டு, பின் தானாக அழிக்கப்படும்; எங்கள் நிர்வாகிகள் மட்டுமே பார்க்க முடியும்.

For every request to Thingal, the time, your IP address, the page asked for, the answer and your browser’s identification string are logged — never your cookies, sign-in codes or family days. Separately, every sign-in attempt is written to a security log with the IP address, the approximate place and network Amazon CloudFront saw it from, the browser string, only the domain of the e-mail address used (not the address itself) and, once you have signed in, your account. An internet address that keeps sending automated or failed sign-in attempts is paused for sign-in only, for 24 hours; the calendar is never blocked. Both are kept in Mumbai, India, for 180 days, as the CERT-In Directions of 28 April 2022 require, then deleted automatically; only our administrators can see them.

3. வருகை எண்ணிக்கை · Visit counts

To learn which pages and features help people, we count visits with Umami, a tool we run ourselves on our server in Mumbai (insights.oliyonresearch.com). It uses no cookies and keeps no IP address. For each visit it records the pages opened and the time on them, the features used (such as “opened a day” or “calendar file”, including the town chosen from the list), the site or campaign link that brought you, your country and city, the kind of device, browser and language, and whether you were signed in — never who you are, anything you typed, your family days or your location. Browsers that ask not to be tracked (Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control) are not counted. These records are deleted after 13 months.

4. கணக்குடன் · With an account

இவை உங்கள் அமைப்புகளை எல்லாச் சாதனங்களிலும் காட்டவும், திருத்தங்களைக் கையாளவும், சேவையைப் பாதுகாக்கவும் மட்டுமே பயன்படும்; விற்கப்படுவதில்லை; விளம்பரத்துக்குப் பயன்படுவதில்லை. Amazon Web Services, மும்பையில் (இந்தியா) சேமிக்கப்படும். குடும்ப நாட்களில் பிறரைப் பற்றிய தகவல் உள்ளதால், தேவையானதை மட்டும் சேருங்கள். ஒளியோன் ஆய்வகக் குழுவின் நிர்வாகிகள் சேவையை நடத்தவும் புகார்களை விசாரிக்கவும் மட்டுமே இவற்றை அணுகுவர்.

They are used only to show your settings on every device, to handle suggestions and to keep the service safe; they are never sold or used for advertising. They are stored with Amazon Web Services in Mumbai, India. Family days hold information about other people, so add only what you need. Oliyon Research’s administrators access them only to run the service and to look into complaints.

  Your settings: town or location (to about 100 metres), language, look, birth star, and family days (name, relation, day, note).
• மின்னஞ்சல் நினைவூட்டல்கள் (நீங்கள் இயக்கினால் மட்டும்): வரும் 120 நாட்களில் நீங்கள் தேர்ந்த நாட்களின் பெயர், தேதி, அனுப்ப வேண்டிய நேரம், உங்கள் மொழி, ஊர். ஒவ்வொன்றும் அனுப்பிய 3 நாட்களில் தானாக அழியும்; ஒவ்வொரு மின்னஞ்சலிலும் உள்ள “நிறுத்து” இணைப்பு அல்லது அமைப்புகளில் ஒரே தட்டலில் எல்லாம் அழியும்.
  E-mail reminders (only if you turn them on): the names and dates of the days you chose in the next 120 days, when to send each, your language and town. Each is deleted automatically 3 days after it is due; the “stop” link in every mail, or one tap in Settings, removes them all.

  Suggestions you send: the text, a link, your name and the time. If you delete your account, they stay with the team without your name.

  Two cookies, for signing in only: thingal_session keeps you signed in to Thingal for 30 days, and oliyon_id lets one sign-in work across the Oliyon Research tools on oliyonresearch.com (30 days). There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

5. உங்கள் உரிமைகள் · Your rights

உங்கள் தரவைப் பார்க்கவும் பதிவிறக்கவும், திருத்தவும், அழிக்கவும் (கணக்கை நீக்குதல்), ஒப்புதலைத் திரும்பப் பெறவும் உங்களுக்கு உரிமை உண்டு. கணக்குப் பக்கத்திலேயே இவற்றைச் செய்யலாம், அல்லது connect@oliyon.in-க்கு எழுதுங்கள்; 30 நாட்களுக்குள் பதிலளிப்போம். திருப்தி இல்லையெனில் இந்தியத் தரவுப் பாதுகாப்பு வாரியத்திடம் முறையிடலாம்.

You can see and download your data, correct it, erase it (delete your account) and withdraw your consent. You can do this on the account page, or write to connect@oliyon.in; we answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

6. குழந்தைகள் · Children

கணக்கு தொடங்க 18 வயது நிறைந்திருக்க வேண்டும். உள்நுழையாமல் யாரும் திங்களைப் பயன்படுத்தலாம்.

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Anyone may use Thingal without signing in.

7. மாற்றங்கள் · Changes

இந்த அறிவிப்பை மாற்றினால் புதிய பதிப்பை இங்கே வெளியிடுவோம்; தேவைப்படும் இடத்தில் உங்கள் ஒப்புதலை மீண்டும் கேட்போம்.

If we change this notice, we will publish the new version here and ask for your agreement again where needed.
